We value your privacy at every step of your document automation process. In short,

  • We never store your airtable record information
  • We never share your personal information to third party apps unless necessary.

Does FlexiPage share information with third party apps?

None of your personal information is shared with any third party app, unless it's necessary. We collect name, email and org name. FlexiPage uses Airtable as it's CRM (We have a crm base with user details :-)), uses Zoho zeptomail and zoho campaigns for it's email communications and uses Paddle for payment processing. We never share your information outside any of these tools. We don't use any third party cookies to track user info or behaviour.

Does FlexiPage have access to my airtable record data?

FlexiPage uses your airtable record data via api, only during the document merging process. We never store your records in databases or in any persistent manner. Once the PDF gets generated, your record data will be cleared out of memory.

Does FlexiPage store the generated PDF documents?

No. FlexiPage never stores the resulting document. It is either uploaded to user's choice of attachment field in his/her base, when called from automation, or it directly downloads it to user system, when merged from Airtable extension.

Does FlexiPage store my base or table schema?

We only store what's necessary. When you create a document template, we store the table id and base id, corresponding to the template. We will store the field id of the variables you create inside the document template. All these are stored along with your document template and these are the minimum necessary information needed to merge documents with Airtable data. We don't store base schema or table schema explicitly. Only ID's are stored.
