Integration Recipes for Automation

FlexiPage provides powerful automation capabilities through Monday.com integration recipes. These recipes allow you to automatically generate documents when specific triggers occur in your Monday boards, streamlining your document creation workflow.

Available Integration Recipes​

FlexiPage offers two integration recipes for your different automation needs:

  1. Button click recipe
  2. Status change recipe

Setting Up Automation​

Access Automation Settings​

  1. Navigate to your Monday.com board
  2. Click on the "Integrate" tab in the top menu
  3. Search for "FlexiPage" and select the integration recipe

Configure the Recipe​

The integration recipe will prompt you to configure three key components:

Source Trigger​

  • For Button Click Recipe: Specify which button should trigger the automation
  • For Status Change Recipe: Choose the status column and the specific status value that should trigger document generation

Document Template​

  • Select the document template you want to use for automation
  • Only templates created for the trigger board will be available

File Column​

  • Choose the Monday.com column where the generated PDF will be stored
  • This should be a File column type in your board
  • The generated document will be automatically attached to the item
